LEASES.
All
our buildings of 5000 square feet or more are let on
10 - 15 - or 20 year FR&I leases.
We can normally prepare and complete a lease within
21 working days. However anyone wanting space urgently
can be given access under a temporary licence until
the lease is prepared. This can be achieved in 48 hours
or less.

below 5000 square feet are available on monthly license,
this allows tenants just starting out in business to
minimise their initial outlay and limit their commitments |
